訂了房就有管家主動聯繫我，管家小喻服務非常貼心，幫我升級了房間，並且因為我一家老小的，還幫我們免了一個小朋友的温泉票。房間應該在整個灰湯比較新的了，也很大。温泉池，游泳池邊上都有服務員積極提供幹布草，熱茶水。整體感受很好，下次來灰湯的話還會選擇職療。

非常開心的一次短途遊，賓館設施配備齊全，比起其他酒店居然還有單獨的消毒櫃，真是特別貼心。温泉項目豐富，水質出色，不愧老牌的温泉。
賓館的小喻熱情周到，入住時幫我們的住房調整到高層的湖景房，精心為我們準備了水果，在得知我們的行程有一位小朋友時，特地備好一位小朋友的牙具和睡衣。直到我們離開，小喻美女都是兢兢業業，協助我們安排各類行程，讓人倍覺貼心。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🌹🌹

親子房房間很棒，孩子睡在帳篷裏很開心。温泉很舒服很多選擇，小朋友第一次泡温泉很興奮，泡完打打桌球乒乓球，啥都試試。附近風景很美，可以走走。早餐很豐富吃了好幾碗湖南米粉很值得試試。酒店服務很好，特意給我們留了水果，熱情帶路介紹風景和環境，後來我們車電瓶有問題也熱情幫着找解決方案，小姐姐一對一的服務讓我們感覺很親切。總體是個很不錯的體驗。
