整體酒店的温泉，早餐，設施設備都是很不錯的，特別管家小喻，沒有到店就提前聯繫好，一路關心滿滿.細節很好！另外前台姐姐，客房阿姨都好好，值得表揚！
唯一吐槽，就是酒店的早餐餐廳服務問題，凸顯服務意識極其差勁，一看就知道員工培訓不足，沒有服務意識，餐廳的管理人員必須要負責任，説白了，這種餐廳的管理人員應該要炒魷魚！因為服務不是做給客人看的，是方便餐廳員工上班的，當花錢消費的用餐客人是**！
1.拿食物的碟子不是放在食物的旁邊.自助餐廳，4個拿食物的區域，餐碟衹有靠門口的拿食物的區域放着，可笑至極！
2.最搞笑是咖啡機旁邊找不到杯子，後來發現竟然用一塊布蓋着一筐杯子，就在咖啡機旁邊放着，當時想如果找不到怎麼辦，後面發現原來有一次性杯子，但是放在了一個隱蔽的地方！當時氣的真是一塌糊塗！
吃個早餐就能看到餐廳管理人員和服務人員真的拉垮，所有前台，管家，客房人員的努力毀於一旦！
總體來講，一個省級的療養單位各方便都是不錯的，特別是餐廳部分，要當普通消費客人當人看，就最好了！

是我近些年住的性價比最好的賓館了，無論軟件硬件都非常棒！工作人員熱情周到，退房時工作人員唐愛華見到我們，主動熱情打招呼，考慮到天氣炎熱，還問我們要不要礦泉水。價格不貴，湖景真美。賓館二樓就有餐廳，有各種當地特色炒菜
