Service staff is really helpful. They’re located uphill but everything from locating the hotel to carrying our heavy luggage up was provided for. The room is really spacious as well. Would work better if there was an area for hanging our clothes in the shower, instead of having to use the common space outside the shower. Overall a pleasant stay.
