Room is quite comfortable, location is great as it is really near to plenty of restaurants and convenient stores, like a 1 min walk. Besides, staff were helpful and friendly, served us teatime at night when we are back. The lobby area is nice as well

I didn’t expect that the family suite was so convenient. Kids can stay on the loft, and parents are still within their sight thanks to the open space design. This is very unique and truly family friendly.
The amenities are modern with built-in smart technologies. Buffet breakfast is a proper combination of carbs, proteins and fruits, and they taste good. The staffs are polite and helpful.
One could tell the hotel is thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained.
A big thumbs up for this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Lugu lake next time.

位置滿分：酒店在瀘沽湖邊，位置極佳，全是湖景房，視野開闊，還有自己的大停車場，自駕很方便。
設施：設施齊全，智能馬桶，大屏投影，電動窗簾，乾濕分離。24小時熱水等都很給力。一次性用品也很好，礦泉水是農夫山泉的。
衞生：房間很乾凈舒適，床單被套洗的也很乾凈。
環境：位置極佳，安靜，舒適，房間內就可以看到瀘沽湖和格姆女神山。
服務：工作人員服務周到，很樂意幫助我們，推薦的路線也非常好非常滿意。

首先得感謝老闆了，不僅提前打電話瞭解情況，而且給免費升級了房型，和贈送了星空照。拍的星星很漂亮。其次房間功能齊全乾凈整潔，開窗放眼望去就是湛藍的瀘沽湖，去景區之前還給詳細的介紹並規劃了遊玩路線，推薦附近的當地美食，早餐也相當不錯，總之家人都玩的很開心，住的很舒適，性價比很高，很滿意，下次來一定還選仙境之旅！！！
