晚上蚊子特別多，睡到夜裡12點咬的受不了，打老闆電話，我説請給蚊香液，老闆第一句話是請給個好評，然後就斷電話了，我就開門去找前台，哇，一開門嚇一跳，整個酒店黑咕隆咚，一點燈光沒有，前台也沒人值班，我打了老闆6個電話，都不接了，我沒辦法又打攜程，攜程開始聯繫，才過了很久才送來了蚊香和火機，蚊香嗆的受不了，連個蚊香液和蚊香片都沒有，我感覺有種蕭條和倒閉前的感覺，房價六百多，我感覺也就是三百都不值，希望定這家酒店的人多考慮一下。

湖景房，可以看到湖的一個小水灣，想象空間遠大於看到的實際空間，房間隔音效果差的一匹，普通民宿房間價格賣出了五星級酒店的價，價格與價值不相匹配，不推薦。

來麗江拍婚紗照，順便帶家人來旅遊，訂了一個家庭房。説一下總體的體驗，首先酒店位置是比較好的，在裏格村的最裡麪，有停車場，停車還是方便的，步行可以去裏格半島。然後是酒店環境，房間還是很寬敞的，我們5人入住空間很大，服務態度也是不錯的，但是房間的很多問題沒有提前講清，房間的燈關不上，洗衣機的排水不好用，洗完衣服滿地都是水，有個房間的門鎖不好用。
最後説一下最嚴重的問題，半夜睡覺的時候就聽見房間淅淅索索的聲音，開燈一看有一衹大老鼠蹲在窗簾桿上，大概有12釐米左右，房間裏住的是兩位女士，説差點嚇死一點不過分，大喊之後，老鼠順着窗簾桿跑開了，固定窗簾的地方有個洞，從那個洞里老鼠跑到了外面。

睡的很舒服，有地暖，下雨也不怕。
特別想感謝剛入職幾天的一位先生，我們屋子的陽台門不太關的上，窗簾也有點問題，第一晚入住能夠聽到響聲，麻煩了他兩次，已經快晚上十點了，全程耐心，所有的問題都給瞭解決方案。
第二天下樓吃早餐很熱心幫我們點米線，在酒店遇到也會特別熱情的打招呼。
我們續訂了一晚，後來遇到了，還確認是不是入住舒適。
祝他工作順利，今天離開的倉促，沒有當麪感謝他。希望酒店看到評價的時候，可以轉發對他的感謝。
也因為他，我願意推薦朋友去瀘沽湖玩的時候入住裏格春天。
