衞生細節糟糕，套房內僅一台空調，衞生間空間狹小，沒有乾濕分離，電熱水器容量小，袋裝粗劣洗漱用品。前台業務生疏，人浮於事，房間內兩台座機無法聯繫，需要的物品要親自索取，前台提供消耗物品不情不願，態度令人窒息
