環境很好，服務還行。可能不是旅遊旺季，前台服務人員都很鬆弛，小夥子連報警器響了都是一笑置之，應該是不危急，但也沒解釋。酒店周邊風光無限好，建築本身也挺好，希望能好好發展和維護設施。餐飲挺好，味道不錯。

非常好的體驗，來酒店的時候是晚上，一路上以為在荒地裏.到了之後發現還不錯，前台小姐姐很熱情. 也幫助介紹周邊可以遊玩的地方。酒店有燒烤區。我們自己燒烤也很棒。 泡浴的水有粉色礦物質，是淡粉色.

環境：超級棒，下次如果再來還會選擇這裏！由於下雨了不能出去玩，就在院子裏溜達溜達，這個院子的環境真是很不錯，有湖、有樹、有小船
設施：完全夠用
服務：服務人員非常好，而且還贈送了鍼灸/拔罐
飲食：飯菜評價，味道不錯，而且還有免費的自助早餐，種類也很齊全，冷菜，熱菜，水果，麪條，包子饅頭……（這是我最喜歡的，因為這裡外面吃飯很費勁）

本名燕山客棧，端午這麼冷門的假期價位不低，因為離景點近麼？也沒近到出門走走就到的程度，還是得有10公里左右的車程。
帶浴缸的房間比不帶浴缸的貴了100多，但是放出來的水和宣傳冊裏的差別也太大了吧？而且是放了半個多小時才出熱水……
名不符實的温泉度假中心。
踩雷了。

因為看着評分很高才選擇的，到了以後環境真是不錯，大堂進去以後感覺也不錯，裝修的很有風格，就是前台服務人員。各種服裝男女都有，也沒有服務敬語，立刻體驗極差，因為是新建的吧，房間因為開門通風蒼蠅亂飛，紗窗上都是蒼蠅，浴室噴頭也是壞的，建議不管什麼類型酒店，都要保證服務和衞生環境，所有設施設備檢查提前做好接待準備，衹有這樣才會越做越好。

整體不錯就是有點瑕疵，一個是房間面積有點小。可能是這兩張1.5米的床要是兩張1.2米的就會寬敞一些。另外一個是小桌太小了。這麼貴的房子應該配個寬敞的桌子。再一個就是床有點高。
