Xiongzhen should be an old hotel, and its facilities should be good, but it lacks necessary maintenance and inspection. I checked in late last night, but I didn't care. I took a shower and went to bed. I still found many problems. First, the air conditioner did not have hot air or insufficient heat. Second, the lights and ventilators in the bathroom were broken, and only one shower room had a light. Third, when I had breakfast at 8 o'clock, many basins were empty and not replenished. The details are still not done well. The only thing is that the location is very good, close to the Yongjiang River, it is good to take a walk by the river, there are many shops nearby, and it is not far to take the subway. Pay attention to detail improvement, the hotel is still OK.

The hotel was very pleasantly surprised, the room was large and clean, the breakfast was delicious, the soy milk was freshly ground, the small fried fish was especially delicious, the slippers were thicker, the bedside had wireless charging, especially the service was very good! The check-in time was earlier that day, only the room in the middle was cleaned out. It should be that the proprietress told the front desk that the girls should not arrange too much, and they felt very intimate. Parking is free, there is a convenience store and a delicious Zhangzhou restaurant downstairs, a very cost-effective hotel!

This is a great little boutique hotel. In the center of Luotuo, it offers access to lots of restaurants, activities and easy transportation to the locations that I need to go to and Zhenhai. The front desk staff does not speak much, English, but they went well out of their way to be able to communicate with me. They have an on-site self service laundry, but one of the attentive front desk service people offered to do the laundry for me at an unbelievably good price. That is service above and beyond. Do you want a little adventure, and cultural interaction, I would highly recommend this hotel at a steal of a price.

The first time we stayed at Kaiyuan during the Spring Festival, it was a big surprise for us. First of all, I read online reviews that the first phase was a bit noisy, and I was a little worried about bringing my parents who were over 80 years old. Then the front desk guy was very nice and gave us a single-family villa in the second phase. It was very quiet, the room was very spacious, the heating was powerful, the bedding was very good, the hot water was large enough, and the bath was very comfortable. He also gave us very sweet oranges and pears every day. Secondly, there were many activities in the park during the Spring Festival, and the decoration was festive. Thanks to the housekeeper Xianxian, after adding WeChat, she gave me the experience coupons for water-rubbing round fans and wood-block rubbings. My mother was very happy and excited for the first time. The restaurant Zhengjia Xiaochu in the park tastes very good, especially the local chicken soup and red crab are delicious, and the sister ate two meals of fried Hangzhou cabbage. There will be many guests setting off fireworks by the lake at night. We also bought some and saw an extremely beautiful big firework, which was very enjoyable! On the last day, Xianxian applied for a 2 o'clock check-out, taking care of our afternoon train time. When checking out, the front desk also gave us festively packaged frozen rice candy. This wonderful memory opens the new year of 2025. Highly recommended!

The room is clean and the parking lot is quite large. You can park for free when you stay here. There are many types of breakfast here, a variety of buffet types, and the room price is quite favorable. Basically, you come here for business trips in Ningbo. The front desk brother and sister are also more polite and service attitude is ok. There is also a charging place in the parking lot here, and it feels okay. Now it is really more and more convenient to travel. There are also a lot of places to eat around.

Location is alright, a bit far from the centre but there is a metro station 10mins away. The room I stayed is is very spacious with a projector, pillows are super soft and all the other beddings were actually so comfortable and new, with this price it’s very value overall:) also shout out to the housekeeping ladies they were super nice and helpful! Would recommend.
