Everything was great. Immensely convenient, being located at 2 subway lines intersection, just 100m away from the nearest subway entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and bright rooms. Even got free and tasty soft ice cream at the hotel lobby, which I had one every time back. Lucky to be upgraded, and had a slightly bigger room, open city view and free mini-bar for our 1 week stay

My colleague and I checked in together. We had both booked the Jimu King Room. My colleague received a complimentary upgrade to a terraced room. I asked if I could also get an upgrade, but the front desk said there were no more available and I would have to take my originally booked room. I said that was fine. However, upon entering the room, I noticed that its furnishings and layout were different from the Jimu King Room; it was identical to a Deluxe King Room. I found a staff member and pointed out that this room was the same as a Deluxe Room, not the Jimu room as pictured. I questioned why I had paid extra for the Jimu room then. The staff member then offered to switch me to a terraced room...

Free shuttle pick up from airport. But you need to call hotel upon arrival to arrange the pick up. Pick up location is at Departure level, not at Arrival level. Hotel room is nice and clean, usual ATOUR standard.

Stay for 4 nights at this nice hotel, they upgraded my room to river view , so I can enjoy the night light show ! The location is so convenient, I walk to Tianyi Square and Bill Tower, also Old Bund cross river… all hotel staff are so friendly and eager to help whatever you require ! I am highly recommend this hotel if you visit Ningbo city ! Also city has amazing food

Spraying fragrance on the pillow can also help you fall asleep quickly. The steam eye mask is also good. There is also porridge late at night, which is very cost-effective.

Location is great! Kind staff. Gave me coffee packets upon arrival. For the second stay the television sound was again so low I had to call staff to change the volume. He was not sure how to do this, but in the end was successful. Everything seemed clean. I didn't pull out the UV light, but the bedding looked very crisp. IF I go to Ningbo again I would probably stay again.
