"Location is fine, near the motorway. room is small. little room for movement. Breakfast was fine. Dining in the restaurant; This fell off. Dishes came out of the deep freezer (was half-fabric) and went 10 minutes in the hotdog. The taste was (this was) moderate. A lot of money for moderate food. That was a pity. But also a little of our own fault . we were too loud to go to another restaurant, which was really in the neighborhood."

"Despite its centrality, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The room is very old, the bathroom needs renovation. The room was full of mosquitoes and the door lock was not working. Bad experience!!!"

Shower just a dribble, tap broke, mould in bathroom, no kettle in room, dark corridors, being watched while at breakfast...and where are those lovely French Cheeses?...prepacked tiny portions of Baby Bell and the like, restaurant closed some days, miserable staff, no English spoken, swimming pool closed, oh dear..."

"i’ve been here with my stundents for a school trip and we had many problems first there was a girl with an allergy to gluten and they give her things with gluten fortunately she didn’t get sick second the room was dirty some people founded hair in their rooms and many pillow were dirty and the toilet table was broke third A boy was cut off by the broken windows that are located where the stairs the only good things was the personal that was very funny with the guys but there are many problems with the structure of the hotel"

"It's very close to the station. I arrived at night and left early in the morning, so I just slept there but there was a bathtub. The bathtub wasn't the type that you could fill with hot water, so I had to be creative and fill it up. There was an electric kettle, which was convenient. They also provided snacks. I wasn't able to use them at the time, but there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The bullring is also just a short walk away, so that's a good point."

"This is not the 5* hotel you imagined. There is no luxury to be had and hospitality is either non-existent or costly. Our first room was called Superior; it was small, damp, floored throughout in terracotta rough tiling with one large window that opened directly onto a common area. After one night we asked to be moved to the other Superior room which was slightly better in that it was not damp and, although small, had a small private terrace. This hotel has no restaurant and is not located near any good eateries, it is also a good walk from the Old Town. No complimentary coffee/tea in your room and 10euro per cup if you would like us to provide. We did not take the breakfast as it looked mediocre at best and of course expensive - 2 boiled eggs again 10euro. The secret garden is more secret jungle and the pool, not maintained, is more like a pond. This accommodation is more like a costly bed and breakfast and maybe 3* at that. Hugely disappointing. After two nights we moved to a real 5* hotel in the Old Town."
