We visited this hotel as part of a choir tour on a dinner bed and breakfast booking, staying at the B&B next door and eating in the hotel every night for five nights. There were 37 in the party, 7 of whom had specific dietary requirements; gluten free, wheat free, dairy free etc. The serving staff seemed very confused by this every night. We did our best to help by having place cards with the requirements on but one lady in particular was very rude and impatient and the substitutions didn’t seem to make any sense. Different things for different people with the same requirements. It made us very uncomfortable and there was nothing we could do, no menu, no idea what we were going to eat so no chance of being ready to help. The breakfast selection for those with wheat free and gluten free requirements was just packaged madeleines, the rest of the food was not protected so cross contamination was a very real possibility.

Nice place, well located. Comfy king size bed.
Bathroom and toilets are a bit tiny. Breakfast is nice (though not wheelchair accessible).
Enjoyable pool when the summer heat and sun are high.
Super experience at the restaurant with friendly service and excellent dinner.
Had to park elsewhere as the parking lot is quite small (too many Tesla and buses spaces while there are only 2 spaces for guests with disabilities)

We stayed at this hotel during our road trip to Spain, mainly for its easy access just off the freeway—perfect for a quick overnight stop. The hotel sits in a rather uninspiring business district surrounded by other hotels. From the outside, it lacks charm, and unfortunately, the restaurant—which influenced our booking choice—was closed on Sunday. We had two ground floor rooms. They were spacious, but clearly dated and in need of renovation. Both rooms had an unpleasant sewer-like odor; in one, it was severe enough that we requested a room change. Thankfully, the receptionist was friendly and quickly resolved the issue. Maintenance issues continued: one bathroom door was stuck, and the adjoining door between rooms wouldn’t lock. In the replacement room, the shower leaked from the ceiling—adding to the list of things needing attention. On a brighter note, breakfast was enjoyable with a generous and varied selection. Overall, this hotel is acceptable for a stopover en route from the Netherlands to Spain. Its proximity to the freeway is its strongest asset, but don’t expect much beyond convenience. Rating: 6/10

The room we were given: room 102 was the noisiest in the hotel being beside the lifts on the ground floor with everyone accumulating right outside our door all during the evening if they needed to take a lift anywhere. They were not inclined to be quiet. People were also trying out the piano in the lobby at intervals. This was just outside our wall People were just gathering in the lobby to chat and have fun. Meanwhile the music from the bar came through the wall and the noise was unbearable. The staff were not very helpful at all saying the hotel was full and initially refusing to give us another room . They claimed we had used the bed... not true though we had laid on top of it on arrival after a 6 hour drive. As we were facing another 6 hour drive sleep was imperative but no change of room was forthcoming. Eventually after demanding to see the manager who was not present we were finally asked to wait while a room was made ready. This is not the sort of service I expect from a hotel trying to stay in business. At first they told us to just get in touch with booking dot com as if that was easy when you can't sleep and are trying to reasonably ask for better service. Booking dot com should be furious that this is the way their customers are treated.

We loved the pool. Towels for the pool would be great, as opposed to using our shower towels.
We were able to borrow a kettle from the front desk.
