Nice clean property with good ambience and food . Would suggest people to take royal rooms for better view . If anyone is looking for serene , calm experience better prefer Kotagiri over Ooty . Only negative is approach road & please keep cycles in good condition

One of the best locations in Kotagiri — a serene and peaceful retreat. Perfect for spending quality time with your family and loved ones. We truly enjoyed our stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the food — exceptional in both taste and quality, complemented by warm and prompt service. The rooms and the resort were clean and very well maintained. The staff was really courteous, professional and helpful. The food was also nice. It was a wonderful stay and would surely like to visit again.

Location is good middle nowhere tea estates before reach resort 1 kilometer approx uphill driving road little scary . Self drivers should care fully drive like small cars. Atmosphere it is premium and peace full.rooms are neat and clean food only little bit expensive but ok for middle of now where getting tasty food. Good location for family and get together.

this is a nice place for a short to long break. I have been here second time in this year. the property is in the cover of lush tea plantation at higher terrain. The restaurant and the services are quire excellent. rooms are well maintained. On the lighter note, some guests visit for Breakfast, lunch/dinner lacks table etiquettes knowledge. they walk around and stand near other tables, talk loudly, hold plates in the middle path and throw things on floor. this was quite disgusting!! guests should learn maintain the decency.
