Honestly, super enjoy this hotel. The service is super nice, public bath is amazing. The room is nice with balcony very nice view. I got the Japanese room and staying 3 people. It doesn't feel over crowded. I totally recommended

去日光旅遊，前一晚住的鬼怒川温泉酒店，包一頓晚飯➕一頓早飯，還有天然温泉♨️可以利用，從鬼怒川温泉站坐大巴300日元直達酒店正門，前台服務熱情，晚飯和早飯也非常豐盛！

酒店名是花千鄉，谷歌地圖導航要搜這個名。預訂了兩個不同套型，都帶陽台（設備平台），河川景色都不錯，酒店早晚餐都很棒！另外切記入住時和前台預約退房後的接送公交，否則等退房時再説就會面臨無車可坐。是一家老牌温泉酒店，服務員整體彬彬有禮，由於晚到入住時告知晚餐被取消，但後來又致電到房間表示準備了晚餐請儘快去就餐，餐廳服務人員雖有催促就餐，但態度不錯也一直説抱歉，其實這事由於我們早前失誤，所以不能全責怪酒店，人家也有工作下班時間，因此我們也在預約時間裏卡點晚餐結束哈哈。還是謝謝餐廳提供服務。總體是一家推薦入住的酒店，普通房面積也不算小，餐品和河川景色加分。小貼士：總之到鬼怒川要趁日間行，晚了連出租車都沒有哦。

用攜程多年 國內外各種業務 從來沒給過差評 強烈建議攜程把此家酒店下架
1. 前台服務人員態度惡劣 拒絕講中文 會英文也拒絕講英文 強行日語輸出；不可以微信付款寶 不會使用自己的刷卡機 導致強制刷卡兩次費用 現在我信用卡還掛着兩筆消費 即使攜程介入 並拒絕取消一筆扣款
2. 亂收費： 我們兩個小孩 但睡得榻榻米 在沒有加床 沒有提前溝通的情況下 在結賬時強行多加一個大人 一個孩子的費用；強行綁定早晚餐 在我們提出吃不完少要一份的情況下 拒絕減餐
3. 這個地方去別的地方也不太方便 建議住日光市區
4.感謝攜程幫忙各種溝通 但請下架這種無良無品商家
