Art hotel in Niigata is great. A very accessible location in many restaurants around especially the main station of Niigata. The hotel is clean and they have a very welcoming staff. We stayed there for one night only but we will definitely stay again.

No bottle water supply and no hotel staff at the drop off area

Even though this hotel was getting old but we very likes their service. Their cleaning service were very satisfied and we feel warming that the cleaner helped to replace my non dried clothes on the hotel towels. This action really bravo!

Everything is up to standard, everything is fine, perhaps the worst things are the odour in the aisle.

Hotel is connected to station so its very convenient. Service is good even though staff did not speak much english. Overall a happy stay

This is the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in in Japan in all these years. It was shocking. There were dirt and blood stains on the bedsheets. I went to the front desk to report it and they asked me to change it. As soon as I turned around, I heard two waiters laughing. They really didn't know basic etiquette. Then I changed to another room and found that the bedsheets were dirty. It might be their standard. They were just as dirty. It was a very disgusting stay. There were two other places where I was cheated. I went to the front desk for help, but the enthusiastic receptionist threw up his hands and said there was no way to solve the problem. The breakfast was not bad. The hotel is right next to the JR station.

It is close to Niigata Station and there is a convenience store and shopping mall nearby, so it is convenient. There is an affiliated parking area, and parking is also available at a discount for guests.

The location of this hotel is very good, right next to the station, and transportation is very convenient. The railway and bus are concentrated downstairs, and it is convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. The room is clean, spacious and quiet. It is a very standardized and professional hotel, worth recommending.

The location is great. There's no need to worry about late night check-in. The cafe in front of the station is open early in the morning, so breakfast is not necessary. The view from the window is also great. You can see the Myoko mountains in the distance, which makes you feel good.

Beautiful view of Niigata Station, lots of cafes. Good breakfast. The beds are large, but the pillows are very uncomfortable. Overall a wonderful hotel.
