It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Exit 3 of Nakatani Subway Station, but check-in time is 19:00 in the evening, so you have to check in before 19:00, otherwise you will be charged extra. (I saw the notice posted on the counter, they said this) There are many shops nearby, including GS25 and CU, especially GS25. There are 3 or 4 shops along the road. There are also buses, fried rice, kimbap, and many food shops. Personally, I am very satisfied with their room and bathroom equipment. The bathroom also provides shampoo, shower gel, towels, bathrobes, and computers (but I don’t know if it’s because I don’t know how to operate it or because the boss turned off the mute, so there is no sound). There is also a TV and free Wi-Fi😄 You can also store your luggage in the room, no problem, I've asked. I stayed for three consecutive days, but they didn't seem to clean it every day, because it wasn't cleaned when I came back the next night on the first day of my stay. People who want to live there might want to ask. This is a hotel that I am very satisfied with👍👍. I will come again next time👍👍

It's a decent place to live, but it's far away from the city. The staff doesn't speak English well. They charged me more for New Year's Eve. I suggest you choose carefully.
