After arriving at the hotel around 8pm, it took us about 30 minutes before we could get checked in. They only had one person servicing the front desk with many people waiting. We booked the executive suite hoping to get a decent room with a view. Instead, we got one that was dirty with the view of unfinished building walls from the bedroom window. We asked to change the room, but were told no other rooms were available. We went down to breakfast where we encountered another problem that did not allow me and my family to eat together. At that point they said they would change the room for us but it was already too late for that kind of compensation. We immediately requested a refund for the second night.. Anyway.. everything happens for a reason, Ctrip helped us to figure out this inconvenience and we moved to a much more welcoming and clean hotel..

Good location, great staff,very clean and presentable hotel. Breakfast was very good but gets busy so pick your time.

Couple minute walk to nearest metro stop, zhongshan park is nice especially if you have kids, lots of families around in the early evening. Hotel is okay needs a refresh though

The exterior of the building may look a little old but the room are pretty modern and clean. Gym well maintained, breakfast selections are decent. Good location and accessible by metro. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

What a wonderful place. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The pool was a nice size (my kids love swimming) and the gym wasn't too badly equipped. The family room was awesome. The kids beds where a little bit hard but not the worst. There is a McDonald's and Burger King close by and you are not too far from Russian Street. The only thing they don't have is free parking. All and all very satisfied. We will definitely use them in the future.

Lovely stay, no complaints

I liked the hotel very much. It is close to the metro, there are several good cafes near the hotel to eat. A big plus is the view from the window and the pool with a gym. The room is spacious, there are 2 adults and 2 children and it was comfortable to sleep, the beds are large. Breakfast is normal, from 6-30 to 10 am. Fruits - melon, watermelon / grapes, yogurt, coffee from the coffee machine is good, it's a pity there was no green tea, only black. Fried dumplings, chicken fillet in breadcrumbs, lots of lettuce / dandelion leaves, broth with noodles, rice, cabbage, fried egg. In general, there is a choice. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed, bottled water. The only thing that was unpleasant was that the employee at the reception deceived us and said that the pool is open until 20-00, but in fact until 22-00 hours.   We later saw the sign on the doors of the pool. Overall I recommend this hotel and thank you for the service provided.
