Niigata Keihin Hotel Reviews

The hotel was dated, using the physical key system for the room. Amenities were lacking compared to many other hotels. Room heating worked well but the water temperature was unstable. The room was dark even with all lights switched on.

Great location, within 5mins walking distance from Niigata station. There are nearby convenience stores. The place also seemed to be recently renovated and is well maintained. Staff service was good. affordable breakfast buffet option is also available. The food was very good, the locally sourced rice is excellent.

Near the train station, so it is very convenient. However, my room happened to be facing the izakaya opposite, so there were loud voices and laughter late into the night. Soundproofing is also not the best. Other than that, everything else is good! Strong wifi connection and modern room.

Great location, just 3-5 minutes walk to the train station! Hotel staff was very nice and hotel room smells nice and clean. Good wifi connection. Will stay here again when we visit this prefecture again ♥️
