Terrible, extremely barbaric! We changed rooms several times. The first two rooms had hot water and toilet seats that could not be used. The overall condition of the room was also very bad. There were all kinds of mosquitoes in the room, and the bottles of shower gel were all empty. The floor and corners of the room were also moldy and falling off. So we negotiated with the hotel to apply for early departure, cancel the order and refund. After confirmation, we booked other hotels. Who knew that the hotel kept refusing and denying that the refund could be made. The manager never came forward to deal with the problem from beginning to end. The staff who communicated with us only had the power to "notify" us of the manager's decision (that is, they refused to refund a penny). Before leaving Nice, we went to the store to try to have a face-to-face meeting. The hotel's attitude was extremely bad. There was no apology from beginning to end. It kept saying that it was our fault. It also said that if you booked a room priced at 1,000 RMB, you had to accept this quality. It refused to negotiate and finally said that the manager would not come back (original words: there is no manager for you), and called the police to drive us away. Please avoid hotels like this if you see them, otherwise you may be unlucky and waste all your money and energy, ruining your wonderful vacation.
