Advantages: Convenient transportation, trains, buses to nearby towns, and trams to the airport are all very close. Breakfast is a French buffet. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room.
Disadvantages: The room is a bit small, there is no kettle, and there is a bar downstairs that is quite noisy.

I booked it during a sale, so my friend and I stayed in one room. It was about 4,500 yen per person per night, and breakfast was included, including delicious bread and bacon. The staff were also very kind. I'd like to stay here again when I come to Nice! Thank you!
