Maison Lamartine - Nice Reviews

The hotel is located near Niceville Station downtown, so it's easy to move around and breakfast is delicious. It's a hotel I want to visit again when I come to Nice. All employees are kind and great customer service is the best. I love you, everyone!!!

Super welcoming staff. Nice apartment all equipped which is bigger than what I expected. Good amenities. Location close to the station. Only negative are the curtains which are super light, the room was all bright with the street lights at night.

The room is clean and tidy. Felts comfortable here. Staffs are nice and helpful. The train station just 5mins to go. I will stay here if I back to Marseille.

Maison Lamartine is a find.  Building has a lovely garden, cozy living room in the lobby, and my apartment was clean, with good size rooms, and fully equipped kitchen with plates, cups, utensils, pots/pans.  Staff is the sweetest.  Every member of this staff was helpful and thoughtful throughout my stay.  My only gripe was the few steps from street to lobby, but staff helped me with my luggage.  There is an elevator in the building.  Small, but clean and size could fit my 2 carry-on and checked luggage’s.  Location is close to trams 1&2, train station, and shopping strip on Jean Medecin — Nice Etoile shopping mall is pretty.

The front desk is very welcoming. The first floor is the reception. There is also a garden and a place to play billiards. The room I stayed in not only has a kitchen, but also pots and pans. It's very good.

We stayed at this hotel in Nice during the National Day holiday. The public areas were very French and warm, the front desk and service staff were very friendly and considerate, and the breakfast was very rich, leaving us with good memories. The downside is that it is a little far from the core area (old town), about 20 minutes' walk, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the subway line to the airport. Also, I don’t know if it’s because there are few people living in the triple room, but the hygiene is average and the facilities are a bit old.

The front desk is friendly and the breakfast provided is rich and delicious. It is only one street away from the shopping area, but the soundproofing is very good and it is quiet at night. It is very convenient for shopping and eating.

Nice's first choice, quiet in a busy area, stylish hotel

Thanks to the apartment staff who still got up from sleep to open the door when we arrived at 11pm and did not receive the check-in key text message normally. This apartment hotel is in a good location, less than a 10-minute walk from the Nice Ville train station, and only one street away from the Nice Old Town business district. It is very convenient to go to the supermarket to buy ingredients, and the surrounding area is relatively safe. The apartment is a little far from the beach, but it's less than a 20-minute walk. A clean, simple, considerate service and very cost-effective apartment hotel.

The sewer in the toilet of this room is blocked. When the water is turned on, it will be blocked and the ground will be full of water. It is completely impossible to use water. It is very inconvenient for the hot summer in Nice.

The location is very good, very close to the train station, and the beach is about a 15-minute walk away. It is a bit dark after 10 pm. The room is generally clean, but the facilities are a bit old, and the toilet seat is about to fall off. The staff are very good. Our train was late, and it was almost 11 o'clock when we checked in. The staff also helped to open the door quickly. Thank you very much!

The location of the hotel is very good, less than 10 minutes' walk from the train station, and very close to Massana Square and the seaside. The hotel's breakfast bread is very delicious. The receptionist AJ (Canadian) at the front desk is very nice. The other receptionist is also very nice, but it's a pity that I didn't ask his name. A particularly warm stay experience! I will stay here again next time.
