The room is large, fully functional, has a refrigerator and TV, and is very clean. The location of the hotel is very good, there are many places to eat around! Very satisfied, very close to the beach, the boss is very nice

Cute hotel on quiet street near many restaurants and a block to the beach. Very clean with art deco touches and a lovely and substantial breakfast. Staff was attentive and friendly. We had a junior suite. It had a big bathroom and a small sofa.

You know the hotel location is perfect when your pedestrian travels take you in all directions from their site, including perhaps all of 50 steps from the heart of the dinner *****. It's a cute little hotel with efficient rooms -- the smallest fridge you'll ever experience -- but with modern and gorgeous bathrooms. The staff were very supportive, especially at breakfast time.

Great location 2 min walk to the beach 0 min to the restaurants area,3 min to the shopping street. Everything is around Rooms are very clean big they have everything in room Staff are very polite freindly and professional. Don't hesitate for this great hotel

It’s definitely 3 star hotel. Location was great, very convenient as it’s close to almost everything. The hotel is run down. Even though we had the upgraded room, there was no storage space for our things so we were living out of our suitcases. If we ever go back to Nice, we definitely will not stay there.

Quirky little place
Very quirky hotel. Staff was very nice. Not a lot of amenities, but the location was good. May not be everyone’s choice, but I found it kind of charming. For one night it was comfortable.

I have stayed at Le Maurice several times over the years. I love its art deco styling/theme. The staff are always very welcoming and the breakfast is superb. It is situated in a side street with a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais and there are countless cafes and restaurants in the immediate area.
