The location was very central to key attractions. The reception was very friendly and we kept our bags to store room after we checked out. The room was tidy and comfortable. Only down side was there was no water bottle and no proper shampoo. Would recommend it and hope to stay again.

The hotel is very old. Not only bathroom doors are broken but there is also a smell. We stayed for 6 nights and they did not clean the rooms or provide new towels for us. They will only do it starting from the 7 night apparently…..I would not recommend this hotel at all. Also, check-in only starts at 3pm so you cannot enter the hotel (you need a code to enter) before then as there is no one at the reception to open the door.

Please note that the building is old and there are no amenities. They were able to store our luggage before and after check-in.

We stayed here for one night. The room was suitable and we could cook our own meals. We checked in late and didn't answer the phone call because of the noisy environment. Thank you very much, Mr. AKHMED, for waiting for us until we checked in! ! It is highly recommended for family travel! There are restaurants and supermarkets around, which is very convenient. ❤️❤️❤️

The serviced apartment has a kitchen, is cost-effective, and has a particularly good location. It is very close to the train station and the seaside avenue, and it is convenient to walk to the old town for shopping and dining. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. The two beauties at the front desk have a very good service attitude and helped me a lot. It feels great to stay for 4 consecutive nights. This is the most satisfying stay experience in Nice during this trip!

Good all day, convenient location!

The location is good and the hotel is relatively quiet.

I stayed here for three days and felt very good. It is very close to the Metro station, the hotel room is very quiet, the facilities are new, there is a small supermarket downstairs, and there is an Asian restaurant opposite.

We checked into the hotel after 20 o'clock, when the hotel reception was no longer open. Five days before arrival, we wrote a letter to the hotel, translated into French through a Yandex translator, asking for clarification on how the check-in process works in this case. A couple of days later we received an answer that on the day of arrival they would send us a letter with detailed instructions in this regard. On the day of arrival, about six hours before the planned arrival, they reminded us of themselves and wrote another letter, to which they received a response a couple of hours later, where the algorithm of actions was outlined. We settled in without incident. In the reviews there were many negative aspects with the operation of magnetic locks on the doors, but on the first floor, where we got a room, there are new doors with regular locks that can be locked with a key. Instead of a balcony, rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the hotel parking lot. The equipment in the room included: a kettle, a drip coffee machine, a toaster, a stove with two burners, a mini dishwasher (sometimes very noisy, so we do not recommend turning it on at night), a microwave, a TV and a refrigerator. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. When we checked in, the air conditioner was working for heating; the room was +24 degrees when the outside temperature was +12. The bathroom is spacious, but with some nuances: water from the shower pours directly onto the floor and goes through the drain into the drain, as a result there is always a lot of splashes. To remove excess water from the floor in the bathroom there is a mop with a water cleaner. The beds are a little narrow, but, in principle, there was enough space for us. The mattresses are hard, as almost everywhere else in France, and the linen is clean. There are enough sockets in the room, there are two closets, a couple of shelves, a large table where four people can dine. Overall, this is an excellent budget option for a vacation on the French Riviera.

I got along well and came out without any shortcomings.

The sanitary conditions are average, so it is best to bring your own bath towels and other personal items. But the balcony is great and suitable for taking pictures.
