The reception was very friendly. The room was clean and hygienic. The soundproofing was a little poor.

I was looking for a hotel in Nice with its own parking, because according to reviews, cars are robbed in almost all parking lots. In the wishes when booking, I asked to reserve a parking space, which the hotel did. 35 euros is of course expensive per day in the parking lot, but this is the price with - I arrived at the entrance and gave the keys to the hotel employee, then picked up the car at the entrance. The location is excellent - the center. For shopping lovers, the Galeries Lafayette in the neighboring building. Excellent, for France, breakfast. Although on the Cote d'Azur, all the hotels surprised us with it, unlike the central one last year. I did not like the stale smell in the room, every time upon returning I had to air out the room, in which it was not hot anyway.

The hotel is nice, the service exceeded expectations, and I was given a room with a window sill. My wife was very happy and will stay here again next time.

Location location location. The hotel is right next to the Place Massena, just a stone's throw away from the Galeries Lafayette. You can walk or take the tram to anywhere in Nice. It's super convenient. Highly recommended. The room facilities are indeed a bit old, but in Europe, except for the super expensive ones, they are basically the same. There is no problem with this standard

The location was convenient, close to the tram station and square. The room was small, but we had a comfortable stay. The water in the shower wasn't very warm, but it wasn't water at all, so it was fine. There were amenities such as a kettle and coffee, but I got the impression that there weren't many around the bath. The staff were friendly and nice.

The room is relatively small, the service is good, the hotel is in a good location, you can go to any attractions on foot, but the room layout is average.

Non-smoking room with a terrible smell of smoke, room not yet made up at 3pm (bear in mind that it was also a rainy day), power socket in the bathroom not working, lamp in the room broken and a mask found probably from a previous customer under the tent. When we complained about the smell of smoke, it was pointed out that there were no other free rooms (they gave us a machine to clean the air which smelled worse than smoke); when we complained about the room not being made up at 5pm we were told that it was too late to do it again. Very convenient central location

The location is very good. It's convenient for eating and shopping around. Service staff have good attitude

The room is big and quiet. You can drink the self-service coffee downstairs. It's very close to the city center and can be reached on foot.
