酒店與所有景點有些距離，適合自駕人士，而酒店有免費停車場提供。酒店部份房間能看到海景，房間空間感還可以打開29吋大篋也沒有問題，但廁所與沖涼後會有陣坑渠味滲出，這可能與法國的排污系統比較老舊有關，法國一般的酒店也有這個問題。但把廁所門關上就可以了。

性價比很高，房間推開門就是大海～房間每日都有打掃，乾淨整潔～房間裏面還有辦公桌，方便晚上偶爾加班使用。整體好評

整個酒店面向大海，風景優美，免費停車場。房間較大，服務較好，前台服務耐心解答，早餐尚可。未一就是離市中心較遠，步行30分鐘左右

開會酒店，Estage0是個很大的會議廳。
房間在法國來説不小，roof很高。服務很好，那天checkin晚了，Reception的小姐姐能立馬叫上名字，housekeeping服務也很加分。
大海僅一條馬路之隔，有幾片公域衹有本地人才會來，有個遊艇碼頭Q，離懸崖餐廳la plongeoir走路兩分鐘。風景不錯。可惜住了5晚衹碰上兩天是好天氣。門口就有bus95，轉Linge1or2到downtown都很方便。

建議還是訂面朝大海的房間，風景秀麗。經濟間這一側樓下有餐廳的一些管道，夜裡十點過後才會停止噪音。酒店餐廳午餐和晚餐需要提前預約。有內部免費停車場，開車去老城大約二十分鐘車程，有個停車位的地面有凹陷，家人下車的時候沒注意崴到了腳，酒店方應及時採取修補措施，避免出現安全隱患。

超級讚的酒店，尤其從停車場電梯上來會直接看到海，一眼萬年。房間面積不小，單獨加了小童床也不覺得太擁擠。對面就是尼斯最有名的懸崖餐廳。唯一的小小缺點就是離買東西和海灘有點遠（樓下有個小型海灘，但有點臟，建議還是去薩利亞集市那邊的大海灘），大約2公里，如果開車就很方便。
