I am very surprised that a hotel like this does not have parking, which is a basic expected service. In addition, the lack of a luggage service is incomprehensible and makes the organization very complicated, especially with heavy luggage or several suitcases.
For a hotel of this level, a valet service should be essential. This would greatly improve the comfort and experience of the customers.
However, I would like to thank Jean-Baptiste, the security guard, for his kindness and invaluable help. His professionalism partly compensated for these shortcomings.
I hope that the management will take these remarks into account to offer a better quality of service in the future.
