We booked the hotel with TRIP, an error occurred on the booking date (25/09) when our flight was cancelled on the 24th, l thought the booking was for that night! When we arrived at the hotel it was fully booked with zero help there. It was late & very tired with no room to stay that night! Campanille, now, do not want to refund it! Very bad practice on their parts. JC Le Beron

Hotel very well located, a few meters from Place Garibaldi (place of departure and arrival of the tram for the airport and the rest of the city). Very pleasant reception, who responds easily and with great kindness to questions. The whole is rather clean and calm overall (for the month of August). Accustomed to coming to Airbnbs, I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay (2 to 3 times a year). Unrivaled value for money. See you soon and thank you again.
