I checked in on a hot day with a temperature of 35 degrees. The air conditioning in the room was adequate, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and parking was charged an extra $15. There were no facilities, but the price was good for a simple one-night stay.

Living on the second floor is safer. There are only two ordinary curtains facing the corridor, so you may need to pay attention to privacy. The room is big enough, with two double beds, TV that can connect to Netflix, and the toilet is big enough, but the shower is weak. The heater is warm enough. Only three-in-one shower products are provided. No one will change towels or tidy up the room for two days. There are no slippers, hair dryers, etc. Breakfast is the same every day. We are the first to arrive. Although the lights are not turned on and it is not prepared in advance, the staff will come out and prepare it quickly when we ring the doorbell. I used a room on the 2nd floor.
I checked in late and they kindly guided me.
Overall, the facilities are old, but considering the location, I think they are good value for money.

We have stayed here 3 times and every year we notice the improvements and new renovations done.Owners friendly, clean rooms ,comfy beds.Continental breakfast 7am to9 am also ice machine. Convenient place for walking distance to most everything.Tim’s near by.Quieter during the week.

Very run down. Would not stay again. Next time would’ve spent a bit more for an updated place. Sink handle fell off. Tiny hand towel sized bath towels. Walking distance to the Falls. Clean room. Nice staff. Would be a gold mine if they kept it up.

We were in town for a funeral and just needed a place to sleep. We were pleasantly surprised. The room we had was simple but clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and bright. We were missing a night-table but were told by a nice staff member that they were currently renovating. We were minutes away from the main hotel district but it was surprisingly quiet. We walked to the park and the Falls, it was that close. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, as advertised. By the time we left, the parking lot was full so others have discovered this reasonably priced motel.

Smelling smoke, we have to open the door during 2 hours before we can sleep… The bathroom was correct. The bed was clean. It’s a good price for a little break but not for a family. We heard girls working in the night just upside us … u know what I mean

Other than the distance to my daughter’s hotel, Tim Horton’s close by and working air conditioning, I have nothing great to say about the motel. It seemed like one straight out of the movies where bad things happen. The towels were one step up from cheese cloth. The pool was closed and in obvious need of repair. The bedding was stained with blood as we noticed 2 nights in and covered with cigarette burns. The fridge stunk so bad we couldn’t use it. The bathroom door didn’t stay closed unless you shoved something under the door. When you sat on the toilet you were blasted by hot air from the baseboard heater that was stuck on high! The water pressure ******. The first morning we woke up to a police siren and ambulance in the parking lot. Thank God I brought an extra lock for safety.
