Great location, fast elevators, and clean room. Solid beds, so-so mattresses..
It went downhill from there.
The TV doesn't allow you to cast from your device or offer the possibility of using its apps.
The nightstand lamp switches are so high that you can't hit them while laying on the bed.
The towels were more like sandpaper grit 60.
The toilet was not only low, but also so close to the sink that my ribs kept hitting the sink when using it. Add to that the even though soft, 1 ply and not as wide toilet paper. Also, the bathroom door kept moving the bathroom mat.

It is very convenient to hold meetings. There are corridors connecting several hotels, so you don't have to go out of the hotel in winter, so you don't have to worry about the cold. The facilities are quite complete, but the hotel dinner is average.

Great stay! Staff was super helpful. Location is fabulous if you are going to the ****** and the falls. The views are great from the rooms and the restaurant. Will definitely stay here next time

We stayed here because it was a necessary location for our travel route. However, the hotel is very old, and you can feel it everywhere. Most of the surrounding hotels seem to be old. It was cold, so I went there very early to leave my bag and go out, but they gave me a room right away and I was able to rest, which was nice. It's a cost-effective hotel.

Great location but hotel is dated.
The rooms are small even after upgrading.
We had to change rooms on the 2nd night and no fridge on first night either.
No room service or provisions for families with young children.
Fall view room wasn’t great.
