All the staff were very welcoming, the breakfast was hearty, two bottles of water were provided every day, the room was very clean, and the view from the room was amazing. This is the first choice hotel for those visiting Niagara Falls.

First of all, the location of this hotel is good, but getting a good room is completely up to luck! Let me share our bizarre experience with you, so be prepared before booking. 1. When I booked, I reserved a superior waterfall view room and contacted Ctrip three times to ensure I got the best view in the same room type, as I was traveling with elderly guests. 2. On the day of check-in, I arrived at 11:00 AM for pre-check-in. The friendly white lady told me my room with the best view wasn't ready yet, so I went out for a walk and waited for a call. 3. We waited until almost 4:00 PM and decided to check back. A black lady told me it still wasn't ready because the previous guest hadn't checked out. Holy crap! Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 PM, and it's still not ready? I'm leaving tomorrow morning, and I'm only staying in this room for 12 hours? No apology, just a solution: a different room with a guaranteed view, also great. Room number 2017 (lightning warning), as shown in Picture 1, is obstructed! We refused and wanted the room we'd reserved for the morning, but she said we'd have to wait! 3. We finally checked in at 7:00 PM! We were told we could check out late, until 1:00 PM, but we had to keep on traveling, so this compensation was meaningless. And that was it. This hotel has terrible customer service; you can choose to stay or not. 4. After checking in, the air conditioning panel fell down again. It must have been due to disrepair! Anyone staying here, especially with children, must be extremely careful; it's extremely dangerous! The above is our actual stay experience. Terrible!
