The view of the waterfall and Rainbow Bridge from the hotel is definitely a big plus! Of course, it's the best in the restaurant, lobby, and room.
And the bedding is so warm that you'll sweat when you go inside!!
And this hotel has all the cons except for these two!
First of all, the coffee pot is so dirty, there's no hair dryer, no slippers, and dust sticks to the carpet when you pick up your clothes. And the heating doesn't work at all! And there are only a few restaurants around.
Even if you turn it up to warm, you'll still get cold air, so if you close the inner door and turn off the heating, you can bear it a little.
I tried to change it, but there were a lot of reviews saying that the heating didn't work, so I gave up on the claim! I think it's better to stay here for one night, see the falls on the Canadian side, and then go downtown for the rest of the stay.

The hotel facilities are old and the price is not cheap. The staff was very friendly and the waterfall view from the room was 100 points. I stayed in this hotel for the beautiful view, I don't care much about other services
