Excellent location. Busy area but quiet in the room. Clean, but smells mold a bit. No refrigerator, no coffee or tea. Bathroom ventilator is very loud. Air conditioner works ok, but loud. Only two face towels and hand towels each. Asks address and phone number and asks to sign two contract forms. Need to pay additional parking fee($10) after check out time at 11. Check-out was very simple compared to check-in.

A clean centrally located motel. Room was spacious. Bathroom facilities were very cramped, shower was a capsule with no lights in it. Drawback is that it is not senior citizens friendly. Room upstairs and down several halls and steps. Pool was indoors and clean although we did not go in.
Had a hair dryer, coffee pot, but no refrigerator. we would consider staying there again if we go back, just a lot of walking.

Not bad, small hotel near Clifton Hill, great price, decent room, comfortable bed, acceptable pool, the only thing is the deposit of $250, it is not clear where such an amount came from, I recommend for a stay in a great place!
