Located in a quiet neighborhood, this newly renovated house is situated close to the Niagara River. Our property is a 10-minute walk to the Niagara Falls. It is an ideal retreat for those seeking a scenic view while enjoying being close proximity to all of Niagara Falls' main activities.
Our home includes a homely living room with a TV, great for a relaxing with friends and company. A dining room with refurbished furniture and a warm fireplace. The kitchen is provided with appliances, a dishwasher and refrigerator.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, professional hotel level of cleaning. There is a large interlocking patio with BBQ and firepit, perfect for nightly hangouts and gatherings.

The layout and location of the house are great! We could have used kitchen towels and one in the downstairs bathroom, but we repurposed ones from other parts of the house.

The house was very clean and recently renovated. I loved that each room has its own ensuite. The proximity to all of the Niagara Falls attractions was fantastic. We walked everywhere!

The kitchen was poorly organized and not fully equipped. Most of the drawers were full of junk. No pots, but plenty of skillets. We boiled 3 eggs in a 5 gallon pot!!The bedrooms had no bedside light ( lamp). 1 towel per bath. No additional blankets or throws, bed spreads were thin. We were disappointed considering what we paid.

This home was PERFECT! Just close enough to walk to everything but just out of reach from the busy attractions. I highly recommend based on the cleanliness, location and communications with the host checking in along the way! Very worth the price!

Beautiful house for our visit to Niagara Falls. Very easy to check in. Instructions from the host were easy to follow. Everything in the house was in good working order and very clean. Easy walk down to the Canadian side of the Falls but far enough away that it was quiet at night.

We look forward to coming back to this beautiful and wonderfully located home. The house is spacious, comfortable, and easy to access, with a beautiful kitchen, comfortable living area, and several large bedrooms. Our family had a great time.

The rental is very clean and tidy. The location is great!I would recommend more towels and washcloths in the bathrooms and the kitchen. I would also recommend more dishes. There are only 2 cereal bowls - we had to take turns eating breakfast.

Our stay was wonderful! The six of us had a great time, lots of open space with a huge kitchen. The big plus for us is that my husband and I along with the two other couples each had our own bathrooms plus an additional power room on the main floor. The other big plus is that it is so close to all activities/restaurants and you can leave your car parked in the driveway. Would stay there again!! Great communication with the owner as well.
