The location is so nice because it's in the center of the city, but it's called hotel policy when you give me your room number, return the delivery without contact, and ask me why. If I hadn't checked it, it would have been the last day and I almost didn't receive the product and return home. The receptionist is very kind.

Very good hotel in a nice area in a walking distance to the beach. The stuff is very friendly. The only thing which I didn't like is they wanted me to leave a deposit or my passport before I check out. Not typical for Vietnam.

Amazing hotel, room looks very modern and lux! Just a note, massage is not always available, counter had to call them to come and they asked for tips after the session. Great buffet spread though.

Hotel was within walking distance to the beach front. Not to far from the airport. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful. Would stay again next time.

Location Location Location! It is really in a great location in the heart of the city, so I highly recommend it for Nha Trang city tour. My wife loved it. In addition, my 7-year-old daughter and I had a great time swimming in the rooftop pool. A 4-star hotel with good value for money, I recommend it~
