Perfect ocean view and location, but the check-in experience is terrible. Don’t come before 3-4pm.

Huge apartment building, extremely busy lobby and far too many people for us. This is not a hotel as such, so no phone in the room. The floor of our apartment was very dirty, we had to wear footwear all the time. The pool was very over crowded and an uninviting area with lots of screaming children. The location is right in the central heart of Nha Trang which is great if you like the hustle and bustle that comes with that type of location. The beach is right there and a huge selection of restaurants and shops are right on your doorstep.

Panorama is located city of center, night market is just around. Everything is good. Best choice in nha trang

Great hotel, quick check-in. Clean, comfortable room. No problems during our stay. Good view of the sea and sunset.

The service here is very good, customer care is very thoughtful and professional, the room is very clean and fragrant, the gym is fully equipped, I think this is the best and most wonderful choice when you come here to relax.

Great hotel, very large room with ocean view. A few meters from the beach, highly recommended.

The hotel is in the very center of Nha Trang. They put me in a room on the 9th floor. I asked to change the bed linen that had stains, they did everything. The hotel is not new and the staff tries to keep it in good condition.

I liked the hotel "Panorama Condotel by San Village". Very nice room (B3412) deluxe with partial sea view on the 34th floor with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The room is large, linen and towels are clean, everything is new, fresh, a huge bed with comfortable pillows and a mattress. In the room there is a kettle, microwave, refrigerator (no freezer), mini-kitchen (stove, hood, plates, etc.), slippers, bathrobes, TV, hairdryer, iron (no ironing board), sofa, table, chair, balcony. There is no safe. I give 4 points for the service, since the cleaning is not ideal. The shower had the necessary accessories (gel, shampoo, dental, cosmetic and shaving kits), but there was no soap. The plumbing is new, everything works fine. Daily cleaning, 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee. There are many elevators in the hotel, personally I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, either from below or from above. As for check-in, it's probably a matter of luck. On the day of my arrival there were a lot of people and a queue, I had to wait from 11 to 14:00. But on other days, when I extended my stay, at the same time there were only a few people at the reception and free managers. The hotel takes a symbolic deposit of 200,000 dong. I haven't tried the food at the hotel, but the breakfasts are praised. There is a swimming pool with a panoramic view on the upper "deck", but access to it is paid. I consider this hotel one of the best options among high-rise hotels in the central part of Nha Trang for its price. I would be happy to stay there on my next trip!

The most luxurious hotel in Vietnam where I have lived. And I have lived in many cities and hotels in Vietnam. The view from the windows is simply breathtaking! You don't even have to leave the room - the city is in the palm of your hand. The room itself made a very good impression on me and amazed me with its size and convenience. Definitely worth the money I spent. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants near the hotel, and the beach is literally a 5-minute walk away. The Internet is excellent!

There are not many Koreans and it is a 5-star hotel. I would like to stay here again next time. The accommodation condition and the staff attitude were all good. Come and stay here.
