Location of the hotel is really convenient. Many eateries, massage centers, mini marts nearby. The room comes with awesome seaview too, having sunrise at 5.30am in the morning. Great hospitality from the hotel. Very nice services! Love the anniversary decoration provided by the hotel. Thanks Panama for the effort!

The staff of the hotel had taken a spoon out of the room and when I checked out accused me of stealing that spoon. I had never met such a shamful attitutude before. No problem. I paid a fine. But the problem is that the staff steals something from the room. Dear owner of this hotel. This stupid idea of some of your employee will ruin your business. No one wants to be accudes of action which they have not done. Dear guests, do not come to this hotel if you do not want to spoil your impression on this good country Vietnamm. Shamful and criminal practice of this hotel must be stopped. Друзья, будьте внимательны. Сегодня выписывались, оказалось, что нет ложки. Вначале в номере их было точно две. Как сами понимаете, нам она точно не нужна. Ложку не брали. Оплатили штраф. Доллар. Смешная цена, но настроение испортили. Разговаривали на рецепшен с таким тоном, что понимают, что мы ее украли. Не приезжайте в этот отель, если не хотите быть обвиненным в том, что не делали и не хотите испортить себе впечатление о хорошей стране. Позорная и преступная практика этого отеля должна быть прекращена.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The pool is great and the breakfast range was fantastic. The room was spacious with a balcony. I found the bed comfortable and the staff friendly. You have to pay a deposit at the hotel and the room just has one keycard, cannot have two and no options to pay extra for another one.

The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The room is a little small. The breakfast is just okay. sound proofing could be better.

Nice location, the breakfast has a great variety of choices. The top roof pool is great. 👍🏻

Room conditions are very nice and clean. All of staff are very nice and friendly

The room is big enough for 3 people. The view was amazing! The hotel is near the night market so you can walk there and also the beach is 2 min distance. Friendly staff👍

Everything was perfect apart from the slippers in the rooms (not new, unfortunately). It was a bit strange and unpleasant. The furniture was also a bit strange, no cabinets as such. Breakfast, location, staff, housekeeping were perfect.

Nice Hotel

A nice and clean hotel in an excellent location. Detraction were lack of luggage racks in the room and the shower in bath is designed to shed water onto the floor. Positive aspects were great service, location and delicious breakfasts that kept bring topped up, even after the scheduled end of breakfast time. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the best Hotel we have ever stayed at in Nha Trang. You get treated like royalty from the moment you approach the door. A very special thanks to Huy the bellman he’s Fantastic. We will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff

The roo.l is clean and spacious, except for the floor. The location is good, a lot of restaurants, cafe and marts within walking distance. It's near the beach as well. Staff are nice and friendly. The soundproof is not good. I could hear the car honk from 20+ floor with the window closed, and the sound of things dropped on the floor in the next room. Also it took 10 mins to get the elevator downstair during peak hours. Full of people in the reataurant during breakfast time. I don't think I would come back again.
