Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad, sehr nette Vermieter (Amy und John), tolles Frühstück, super Lage, d zu Fuss 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt mit den Restaurants, an die Strände und den Park, eigene Parkplätze vorhanden, nahe zu schönen Wanderwegen.

This was one of the nicest places we have stopped at. Spotlessly clean everywhere, lovely breakfast and our hosts couldn't do enough for us - loved it, would definitely recommend staying here - we will be going back 😀

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. CLEAN TIDY AND JOHN AND AMY WENT OUT THIER WAY TO MAKE US WELCOME AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. OUR ROOM HAD A LOVELY VIEW OF THE SEA.

The location is good, overlooking the town, with easy access to the amenities by foot or road. John and Amy were excellent hosts and informative. The breakfasts were excellently cooked by Amy and pleasantly served by John. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely airy, tastefully decorated room at the top of the guest house with outstanding views of the town and sea. It was so comfortable I can honestly say I've never slept as well while I've been away from home. And the shower was great, not like our trickle at home! Bath is a bonus too. The cooked breakfast is second to none...so much choice. You won't starve, trust me. We often didn't need to eat again till the evening. Really good quality produce and lots of it too. Loved the quirky salt and pepper pots on the tables as well. Lovely comfy lounge area with books, tv and board games etc. Nice touch at reception as well with a list of all their fave places to eat or take away. We used that list a lot! Nice terraced area out front to sit and relax after a busy sightseeing day. John and Amy are genuinely lovely people. They are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Also extremely knowledgeable of the local area and beyond, which was important to us as it was our first time in Cornwall. If we're ever back on Newquay we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Thank you Amy and John for a fabulous stay.

Loved it and was sad to leave Was very comfortable and every need was met. Dead quiet at night so slept beautifully Breakfast was fantastic each day Friendly hosts who went above and beyond to help with anything they could Will hopefully be returning when we can
