There is no front desk but an Innkeeper at No. 31. Check in and check out very easy. Room well appointed."

"The house is beautiful, with antiques and plenty of historical charm. Great location off street parking and free street parking. Our room was upgraded by the owner to a huge suite with water views. We watched the sunset from the roof sunroom. Breakfast served had a variety of offers. It was quiet, comfortable, and we really felt relaxed. The little extra touches elevated the experience. Convenient location for our trip. Owners and staff were very pleasant. I will definitely stay here next time alI go to Newport. Good value compared to most hotels in the area for what you get. Highly recommend."
