Came to Newport for a wedding. Didn’t want to pay $400-$500 (or higher) a night at the chain hotels in the summer in the Newport area. I was a little skeptical at first but this place was a family run hotel and was nice and clean. The staff were super friendly. It was approximately $160 for the night. The hotel is close to downtown Newport….roughly a 10 minute UBER ride. Check out is a little early at 11am. No frills hotel but I would definitely stay again.

Internet and tv did not work. There was nobody there when we wanted to check out at 8:30. we were told later that we should have left the key card in the room.

Close to Newport without the marina hotel’s prices. We Uber for about $10.00 to all of the nightlife in the downtown Newport area.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cozy beds. Great prices. We’ve been staying here for years.
