Next to the beach, we had rain and wind and had no chance to enjoy the water or sand to play vollyba

Great property and location. The house was a little warm but worth it. The kitchen had great supplies. There was a missed email so getting into the house was a little difficult. Took a few extra minutes to get a hold of Stephanie, but in the end all worked out. The only downside of the stay were the flies. Probably due to the time of year but there were a lot in the kitchen area. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay.

Very close to the beach , it was abnormally hot and humid so wished unit had AC . Overall, great location and great communication :)

Newport
The price and quiet location were excellent! The parking spaces are definitely needed. The washer and dryer are an added bonus. There was a lot of beach stuff for our use in the garage, however, we just used the bikes (we could not get the locks to work). We did not cook, but the only consumable supplies in the kitchen were coffee filters and dish washing supplies. I really feel the place needs some love and a good cleaning. I lived on the beach for decades and understand how the salt air adds a layer of dust to things, but it was been awhile since things like portable fans, blinds (that you will want to open), floors, etc. have been cleaned. For starters, the bed was not a queen as listed, the blinds in the room where too small to cover the window, and the overhead fan did not work, etc. If you are okay with things being broken and dusty, you will love the location and the peek a view of the waves from the patio.

Get away
It was amazing! Very accommodating very close to the Beach. Enjoyed the house with that huge family room! Definitely the selling feature.
The showers also had amazingly hot water!

Beach Paradise
The house is exactly as described. It is so close to Ocean you can hear the waves breaking. The sandy beach is beautiful. The house was spotless and smelled good. TVs all work and all have streaming channels. The garage is full of bikes, chairs, umbrellas/shade, beach toys, air compressor for bike tires, boogie boards and etc. Must go to 24 hour donut shop next to Jack in Box they have great sndwiches, good coffee and fresh squeezed juice.
