The front unit of a duplex, this upstairs unit is an exceptionally clean, open concept, bright and sunny 1 bedroom private apartment located in one of the most desirable areas of the Balboa Peninsula - 35th Street! Just park your car in the garage (a huge plus since street parking is so hard to find!) and walk to the beautiful beach, bars, restaurants, the grocery store and shopping! This beach property is an ideal getaway for a couple but with air mattresses set up in the living room, allows sleeping for up to 4 people (although 4 adults may find it tight). We also have a Pack n Play available upon request.The kitchen is compact but has everything you need including beautiful quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances with microwave, gas range, Bosch dishwasher and European style refrigerator. The bedroom is furnished with a Cal King bed and Tommy Bahama furniture and has tons of built-in cabinetry for storage. The bathroom is small but has a great shower (no tub). Soap, shampoo, conditioner and other essentials are provided.There is a large private deck off of the bedroom with a Weber gas BBQ, comfortable swivel rocker chairs, chaise lounge chairs and a gas fire pit for relaxing after a long day at the beach. This unit does not have air conditioning. It generally cools down very nicely at night so sleeping is comfortable with the ocean breeze.
