This cheery space is located above the garage and has no shared walls with the lower unit- tons of windows and LARGE private rooftop deck! Just 2 blocks to one of the most popular beaches, you can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee, shopping, small movie theater, banks, etc.
Accommodates 2 adults, 1 child. No pets, no more than 3 guests total (including children).
NO PARTIES ALLOWED
MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS!

Nice location
We enjoyed the apartment. It was clean and welcoming. Our smalll sedan fit nicely in garage and the location was so great we parked the car and never had to get it out. We walked everywhere. Restaurants, beach, shopping, paddle boarding, bike riding, walks on boardwalk and beach.

Absolute Perfection!
We rent a home in Newport every summer for one week and this place absolutely takes the cake! Location, cleanliness, owners communication, ease of check-in/check-out, utensils and kitchen… this home made our week 10x better. This will be our go-to home every summer now!!

Small but good location
Responsive host, good location, on the small side, comfortable bed, white towels were stained and I wanted to add a fourth person but apparently there was a city ordinance that only three people could occupy the residence even if two could have slept on the fold out sofa. Will read the specifics better next time around. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great spot close to everything!
This is a great, super clean place close to everything you might want. Easy walking to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and bars. The beach is literally two blocks away. The Balboa Peninsula trolley is a great way to get around on the weekends in the summer and it’s FREE. The garage provided security for our Mini Cooper which we loved. Communication with the owners was amazing. Thank you!

Wonderful
This property is even nicer than the pictures show! It’s obvious the owners care about the property. It’s very well decorated and quality is evident throughout. We felt incredibly safe here. The walk to the beach is short and the beach is amazing. We recommend renting bikes and the whale watching cruise. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying at this place and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home
The place was perfect for us. Everything you need is at the property. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were there on a holiday.

Amazing location
A fabulous location walking distance to shops and food. Barely drove this whole trip. It was a clean condo. Very easy to find. Great for my family.
