The staff at check-out on Monday was older, but friendly. A few words of kindness are crucial for foreign visitors. The younger staff need more training. Check-in and check-out are not a big deal. There's no need to act like a civil servant.

The room was very unhygienic, unlike Marriott. The bathroom sink was covered in hair, which was unacceptable!
The hotel is next to what appears to be a bar, and it was very noisy. It was still very noisy after 11pm, making it difficult to sleep.
