The elevator was not working and we were on the 5th floor which was a pain - but the team happily carried up anything heavy we needed. The reception team is the best and made you feel at home. It's close to the station and a short walk to Eldon Square and various restaurants. TIP. If you need quiet ask for a room not facing Thornton street. There is a bar called Tillys ans the patrons get loud and hang about until well after midnight making noise. If I need an extended stay in mancgester that is where I will be"

Should be able to book or limit people’s time in there to allow others to use facilities, family were very disappointed"
