"The best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to. Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something]. Some things to note: Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner]. Why not 5 stars all around? The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately]."

Hotel near Pioneer Square,Seattle
In downtown Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square, citizenM puts you right among leafy streets, indie galleries, and coffee spots galore – all in the shadow of the legendary Smith Tower. Wake up in the fluffiest pillows known to humankind (on an XL bed, naturally), then hit the waterfront, stadiums or aquarium – all a short stroll away. The rooms are designed for smart stays: blackout blinds, mood lighting, Chromecast and app-controlled everything. Downstairs, there's canteenM serving food and drinks 24/7, a stylish living room made for laptops or lounging, and societyM meeting rooms for big ideas. With King Street Station just 9 minutes away and Pioneer Square light rail even closer, getting around is a breeze. And when you're ready to retreat, you’ve got art on the walls, a cocktail in hand and Seattle at your feet.

"This place was ok, service wasn’t the best and a lot of things were just kind of expected of us and not communicated at all. Also we were asked to check out earlier than we planned while we were still asleep despite having paid for a late checkout. We ended up having to show them the charge on our card in order for them to believe us. Also as far as the rooms go, they are tiny. And bathroom is cramped with no privacy. TV did not work with our devices so we were not able to stream almost anything during our stay which I haven’t had to deal with at any hotel in years. Also our view faced the inside of the building which was another building about 15 feet away, so no view which we did not know until we showed up. However, the location is amazing is perfect for any events at Lumen field or T-Mobile Park being only a 10-15 minute walk. For over $600 for two nights, we were less than impressed about our experience."

"乾淨整潔的環境,接待人員態度親切,環境衛生!新飯店唯一的缺點就是,脫鞋走路時地毯與木地板的接縫處,隱藏的地毯小釘子會刺到腳底板。"

"Service was good, however I think someone had been sleeping outside my window, walls were so thin I could hear the people next door arguing and getting it on about 4 times. The room was relatively clean but looked like it had been repaired multiple times. It sufficed for its intended purpose but I have not experienced a stay like that before."
