The front desk staff proactively upgraded us to a higher floor, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows had my child squealing with excitement. The room was clean with no strange odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the disposable amenities were well-stocked. They even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes. The laundry room was a lifesaver for washing clothes when traveling with little ones, and the gym allowed my husband to get a workout in. You can even borrow umbrellas from the front desk – the attention to detail is truly outstanding! Excellent value for money, we'll definitely choose this place again next time we bring the family."

"I accidentally left my charger in the room when checking out. After contacting the front desk, the staff not only helped me find it but also carefully packed it up and mailed it back to me. The hotel has a superb location, with a convenience store right outside, a wide variety of restaurants nearby, and easy access to taxis. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities, a plentiful breakfast, and attentive and thoughtful service. The attention to detail made for an excellent stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
