The check-in speed was very fast and I carefully recommended fun places around me. The room was clean and nothing to say, the bedding was soft and very skin-friendly. The bathroom was cleaned in place and the quality of toiletries was good. The location of the hotel is particularly good, eating and shopping around are very convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. Next time I come to Golmud, this hotel must be my first choice!"

"The room was impeccably clean, and the facilities were very comprehensive. It even came equipped with an air purifier and a humidifier. What truly stood out was the 24-hour diffused oxygen supply. We had initially experienced some altitude sickness, but staying at this hotel, we felt completely fine and very comfortable.
The front desk service also deserves a special mention. The staff were exceptionally warm and thoughtful. They helped us with our luggage and guided our car into the garage. They also immediately came to our room to set up all the equipment – including the oxygen system, humidifier, and air purifier – before leaving. The enthusiastic young staff made us feel incredibly welcome and refreshed. Absolutely fantastic!
Breakfast was good too.
I had stayed at a Home Inn many years ago and had a positive impression. After all this time, staying again last night, both the facilities and the service truly exceeded our expectations. I will definitely consider Home Inn for future stays.
The only minor drawback was that late at night, I wasn't sure if it was the room next door or downstairs, someone was watching TV and talking loudly until 12:30 AM, which was a bit disruptive. I hesitated to call the front desk as I didn't want to bother them, though they later informed us that we could have called to resolve such issues.

"The newly opened hotel, the laundry room has not been done yet, the triple room booked, the bed is quite big, the facilities are not bad, Golmud is too dry, and I can't sleep without a humidifier at night. There is a famous hand-grabbing mutton shop not far from the hotel. The price is affordable and delicious. It seems to be called ”Kong Aqi”. Golmud's hand-grabbing mutton is the best. It is difficult for the hotel to get a taxi early in the morning. You have to go to the road to get a car. You have to prepare in advance to catch the train."

"We set the garden exclusive twin room, no garden. The front desk staff first installed us on the top floor (5th floor), the floor-to-ceiling windows were fully closed, and the window was bare on the roof; after the request for a room change, the arranged room was facing the road, the train and car sound all night, noisy, difficult to sleep. The front desk staff is relatively cold and understandable. After all, we welcome the delivery every day, but we still hope to be enthusiastic. Why choose this brand hotel? It is because the city garden hotel in other places that have lived recently has good service, the staff is very enthusiastic and the environment is good.
