The bar downstairs is great. The waiter closed breakfast a little early. The sound insulation effect of the hotel is relatively poor. The air conditioner is old. The decoration is modern, but the surrounding area of the hotel is dirty. It is very close to Manhattan Island in a straight line, but it feels like two worlds away. You can take a taxi , not recommended to walk

I don’t understand why there are so negative reviews for this hotel, the hotel is brand new and I did not face any elevator waiting issues even during weekends. Surely coming back to this plave when I am in New York.

The hotel is in a very good location, 3 minutes walk to Times Square and 15 minutes to Central Park. The hotel is small, the rooms are small, and the bathroom is small. The room is equipped with a kitchen (in the corridor), with pots and pans, but they are basically unused. The hotel provides breakfast, which is not bad and ends at 9 o'clock. Mineral water is not provided in the room, but you can ask the front desk for it. The hotel service is good, whether it is the front desk or the restaurant.
