New York Marriott Marquis

We always stay at Marriott, although I rarely use my Bonvoy membership. I always book our hotel through trip.com. The fridge had a bottle of Coke that had been drank by the previous guest. The hair dryer bag is dusty. Everything else looks good. They provide free water during check-in and a raincoat in case of rain. The breakfast seems decent for the price.

A breath of fresh air when I walk through the doors that lead to the hotel lobby & on my floor too! Clean room, comfy bed and wonderful view of the airport! Great customer service from all of the staff. During my stay I felt at home and loved the cool vibes in the M Lounge. If you're in the area check it out! Thanks Marriot Staff! Keep up the awesome work
New York Marriott Downtown

Wall Street/Financial District
The facilities are much better than those of the Brooklyn Marriott. The night view is also good. The breakfast provided is also good. It is a must for Marriott members to earn points. It is also convenient to go to major attractions in New York. I recommend it to everyone.
Marriott New York JFK Airport
4.3/558 Reviews
John F. Kennedy International Airport Area
The location is good, close to airport. The room is spacious. As I got up late I missed the breakfast coz breakfast time is from 5:30 am to 9:30am. But the lunch and dinner in the restaurant are good. I arrived around midnight. No one answered the phone. So I had to take a taxi to the hotel as the shuttle bus is on demand. The receptionist wasn’t professional. He gave me the wrong room keys twice. I had to go up and down three times. Finally when I entered the room , it was almost 1:45am. Too tired to say anything.
