The hotel service was excellent and the room was spacious. There was a slight change in our itinerary, and Ctrip was very helpful and quickly resolved it.

I missed my flight, so I had no choice but to find a nearby hotel and stay there for the night. The hotel attached to the airport refused to let me stay there for some reason, and I was so shocked and tired from missing my flight that I wanted to go to bed as soon as possible, so I made a reservation on this app and went to the hotel right away, even though it was before check-in time. I arrived before the flight was supposed to get off, but they were happy to let me in. I was really grateful. Because of this, I spent the day quietly, not walking around the hotel except for the convenience store in the hotel. When I checked out the next day, I told the front desk that I couldn't afford the taxi fare, and they called a taxi for me within my budget and explained the situation to the driver. I was so impressed that the front desk staff went to such lengths for me, it was the first time I'd ever been to a hotel that did this for me. The hotel was cheaper and more spacious than Manhattan, but it was American price, so it was more expensive than in Japan. If I miss my flight again, I'll definitely come here!

This hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and the service is in place. The breakfast is delicious, the free parking lot is large, and the parking lot is downhill from the hotel lobby. If you are waiting for overnight at JKF immigration in New York, this is the best choice!
