Great location. Located on a quiet street yet close to the heart of the city. Breakfast was good too. Our room's shower did not work so they switched us to a new room swiftly, but the new room's air was a little stuffy. Opening the window fixed it. Quick check in & check out. Thank you

I love Arlo. I stay at Arlo pretty often. But this time was off. I came back to my room in the evening, they cleaned it, but they didn’t take out the trash from the terrace and it started the rain. And I didn’t have coffee capsules (pods) at all. I called to reception and girl was like oh do you have a coffee machine in your room I was like yes I do. And a guy came at 11pm and was cleaning the terrace.

Room is small but it’s very clean and modern . Location is perfect and lots of restaurants around . Love the memo board ppl can write the note there, such a good memory ! Definitely I will come back again !

Great hotel, very comfortable. Reasonably priced considering NYC prices. Location is not too far from central touristy attractions, but this neighbourhood is a little dangerous especially at night.

Very upscale and unique hotel located in New York. They have a scent which you will not want to leave, actually I purchased this scent from them.

Tidy room

The room was incredibly small and the cleanliness was average. They forgot to pick us up three days out of our five-day stay. We called the front desk twice to request towels, and they said they would deliver them, but no one did. The entire service team was a complete scrambler. The only good thing about the hotel is that it's within walking distance of Times Square.

The hotel is a 20-minute walk from Times Square. The soundproofing is average, the room is very small, the front desk service is good, but if you drive here, parking is inconvenient. The hotel breakfast is ordered, the air volume is small, it is recommended to eat outside

The hotel is very new and in a great location. It's just a few minutes to Times Square. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around it. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend it! The service is very professional. The front desk will try directly when you make a request. It's professional and made my first trip to New York amazing... If you mind a small room, you can consider it again. It's really small, and the checked luggage can't fit in it😅
