Holiday Inn Brooklyn Downtown Reviews

On the first night we stayed at the hotel, we discovered bed bugs on the bed pillows. We immediately informed the front desk staff, but unfortunately, we were notified that no other rooms were available that night. We were only able to move to a different room the next day and bed bugs were also found on our luggage bags. After checking out, we found multiple bed bug bites on my partner’s arms, but no follow-up actions nor any compensation was provided by the hotel and we are strongly disappointed and dissatisfied with this situation.

Location was excellent and the hotel provided a cosy and quiet place to rest.

It was good for the price, but the wifi was not the fastest and there was instability issues.

Clean room. Asked for extra towels, did not receive them. Asked for a corkscrew, they said i had to go to the bar and let them open my bottle of wine for me. The valet was difficult to communicate with. Other than those inconveniences, our stay was lovely

Everything was comfortable and clean, and the location is great. The pool hours are a little weird, but that's a nice amenity

Overall had a good stay room was above expectations for location only improvements would be elevator situation need separate system for housekeeping causes delays has to be resolved.

One of the 2 elevators was out of service. A long wait for elevator.

Rooms average and with basic needs. Walking distance to metro.
