My fiancé and I had an exceptional stay at the 1 hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning and the scent throughout the hotel is absolutely divine. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Maya went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—her hospitality was truly outstanding and among the best we’ve ever experienced. She has such a kind spirit and made us feel right at home. Gee was also incredibly helpful, especially assisting us with our very heavy bags, which made our arrival so much smoother. The level of care, professionalism, and thoughtfulness from the entire team made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and experience it all again!

We were visiting and chose Jams in Hotel 1 for my 60th birthday dinner. Our server, Sam kicked off a fabulous night of fun and spectacular food. The cocktails were delicious. Her recommendations were spot on, she checked on us often and was very sweet in recognizing my birthday with a champagne toast. Our choices of whipped ricotta appetizer, the tortellini, burger and butternut squash soup were all sublime!!! Desert was a beautifully light cheesecake along with warm cookies and vanilla ice cream. A huge star sighting as well capped off the night - perfection!!

We stopped in for a quick drink at the bar, which turned into a fantastic afternoon. Greg and Mr. B were the best bartenders we could have asked for - engaging and attentive while still managing a busy Friday afternoon crowd. Our photo says it all - a liquid lunch well enjoyed. They didn’t know that it was our 10th wedding anniversary, but made us special nonetheless. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel located a stone’s throw from Central Park. Courteous staff. The nature theme transforms the space into a sanctuary in the midst of a concrete jungle. I look forward to returning.
